We start by getting to know you --
We translate your vision into concept drawings, material palettes, and detailed plans. Architecture, interiors, and furnishings are designed as one cohesive story.
Deliverables: Concept package, preliminary plans, curated selections.
Then we shape your vision.
Once the design is refined, we prepare the detailed drawings and specifications your contractor needs, including materials specifications guide and cabinet shop drawings, and help coordinate consultants so everything is accurate and aligned.
Deliverables: Permit drawings, consultant coordination, submittals.
Finally, we refine every detail.

Inspiration
With over 20 years of experience in residential design, construction management, and general contracting, Emily brings a comprehensive understanding of the remodeling process to every project. Her background as a licensed general contractor enhances her design services, providing clients with well-rounded guidance from concept to completion.
Emily earned her degree in Architecture from the University of Washington, a respected program known for its balance of creativity and technical rigor. She combines this foundation with hands-on experience in material selection, spatial planning, and project management to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional.
